Great to meet you!

Is pregnancy, postpartum, or motherhood feeling harder than you expected? Maybe you’re constantly anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, or no longer feeling like yourself. While becoming a parent can be joyful, it can also bring intense stress, guilt, intrusive thoughts, sadness, or grief. I specialize in supporting moms through postpartum anxiety, OCD, and the emotional overwhelm that can come with this stage of life. You don’t have to keep navigating it alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free space where clients feel safe exploring vulnerable thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including CBT, EMDR, i-CBT, and trauma-informed care, to help clients better understand their experiences, build coping tools, and feel more grounded, confident, and connected in their daily lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they don’t have to have everything “figured out” before showing up. In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, the challenges you’ve been facing, and what you’re hoping to gain from the process. My goal is to help you feel understood, comfortable, and supported while we begin building a plan tailored to your needs and goals.
