Great to meet you!

My goal is to make our time together feel as comfortable, supportive, and real as possible. I bring formal training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Parts Therapy (IFS), but just as important to me is showing up with warmth, curiosity, and openness.

Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to meet you there. I focus on helping you recognize your strengths and feel supported as you navigate what’s in front of you. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow in your own way. In our sessions, we can expect to laugh, cry, reflect, breathe and dig deep to understand where our learned behaviors, thoughts, rules and roles have originated so we can make lasting changes.

I’ve spent years working in both private practice and intensive outpatient settings, supporting individuals and families. Additionally, I have experience leading groups in DBT, codependency, family systems, relationships and body image.

My approach to therapy

Let’s make our sessions as comfortable, relational and safe as possible.

What you can expect from me

DBT skills, thought challenges and reframes, insight, breaking down our own "rules and roles", thoughts to reflect on, different perspectives, holding space for many truths to exist at once
