Great to meet you!

I believe that meaning-making is such a valuable part of the healing process. I believe that our lived experiences impact our current dynamics, and that clients should not be seen as unhealthy or psychologically abnormal for developing normal reactions to stressful circumstances. I am trained in a variety of trauma treatment modalities, EFT, and CBT. I have experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, women's issues, queer issues, extreme coping, and SUD; I am kink and sex worker positive.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that the intake and assessment phase should be done over several sessions to ensure that I am the best fit for a client’s treatment goals. I seek to co-create a client’s treatment plan with them, and tend to focus treatment goals on empowerment. My style is warm, empowering, and open minded; I use an integrative approach to best suit a client's individual needs.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients usually see progress in their healing when they can tolerate sitting with discomfort, when they can unpair past experiences from current dynamics, and when they can practice changing harsh self-talk to compassionate self-talk.
