Blake Barney

I am licensed in Arizona with over 14 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, & trauma and abuse. I spent over 5 years working with people suffering from problematic sexual behaviors. I also have experience working with anger management. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

I am very direct in my approach, and my goal is to help you help yourself. I will provide you with tools so that you can cope/manage on your own. I utilize humor when appropriate, and am very relaxed in sessions.

You will have the opportunity to learn/gain new coping skills and mechanisms. You will learn to trust yourself and feel empowered. You will feel safe and secure during sessions to be as vulnerable as necessary.
