I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

As a healthcare professional, I have always been passionate about supporting the well-being of others. I currently support adults. I decided to make a career change to pursue this passion even further. This journey has taken me along the East Coast to develop and practice an integrative approach to care for clients. I work with a wide range of conditions, including, but not limited to, anxiety, ADHD, personality, and posttraumatic stress disorders.

My approach to medication management is mindful and conservative. I support my clients through collaboration, respect, and taking the time to understand each individual’s specific goals and needs. Through my private practice, Elevate Heart & Mind, I offer clients an open concept of healthcare with creativity, mindfulness, and interconnectedness.

During each session, I strive to create a non-judgmental and safe environment for healing to occur. Session styles and structures may vary based on individual needs determined during our free initial phone call consultation.
