Great to meet you!

I work with individuals who grew up with a pervasive sense that they were “outside the box.” Sometimes that comes from being neurodivergent, navigating gender or sexuality, growing up in strict or religious environments, being home-schooled or always feeling different from the people around you. Many of my clients arrive with ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, identity questions, or long-held patterns of masking to get through work, school, or life. It’s common for them to feel numb, lonely, misunderstood, or unsure about who they are and where they belong. If that resonates — you’re in the right place.

I support neurodivergent adults, ADHD/Autism, LGBTQIA+ and questioning folks, individuals exploring gender identity or transition, people processing religious trauma, chronic health struggles, grief, loss, and PTSD. I also love helping creatives, deep thinkers, and people who feel like they’ve spent years trying to “fit” rather than exist authentically.

My approach to therapy

My approach is non-judgmental, collaborative, and strength-based. I don’t believe therapy is about “fixing” you, it’s about understanding you. My work pulls from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, psychoeducation, existential and identity-focused work, somatic awareness, and narrative exploration.

As a therapist, my strengths are in my ability to follow creative lines and tie together seemingly complex thought and behavior systems in a way that gives you clarity, connection, and deeper awareness of what’s really going on beneath the surface. My background in community health and medical social work helps me go beyond deep questions — into meaningful, applicable support.

I value humor and cultivating moments of joy in the process. Life is too short to only focus on the painful things — even in healing, we still get to breathe.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a conversation. You’ll have space to ask questions and get a feel for whether working together feels safe and supportive. We’ll begin your intake, usually over one or two sessions, exploring your history, what brought you here, and where you'd like to go next. There’s no rush. There’s no performance. Just honesty, curiosity, and pacing that respects your nervous system.

Over time, I’ll help you gently dismantle overwhelm into steps you can manage, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and build tools that support regulation, rest, self-trust, and expression.

A little about me:

I’m a dog-parent, and someone who deeply values authenticity, creativity, and connection. Outside of sessions, you’ll likely find me reading, exploring nature, or with my dog, who believes he’s the center of every universe.

If you’ve spent years trying to adapt, shrink, camouflage, or make yourself easier for the world, you don’t have to do that here. If you’re ready to begin reconnecting to the version of you that feels real, grounded, and fully human, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
