Great to meet you!
My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by both my professional background in medical social work and my personal experiences navigating autoimmune conditions connected to trauma. These experiences deepened my understanding of how closely mental, emotional, and physical health are intertwined and inspired my passion for holistic healing.
I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan and specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, grief and loss, caregiver stress, interpersonal challenges, and difficulties with self-love and identity. I have training in EMDR, somatic and body-based approaches, mindfulness practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal-informed care, and person-centered therapy. I believe healing happens best in a nonjudgmental and collaborative space where clients feel safe to explore what’s no longer serving them and move toward meaningful change. If you’re a dog person, you may also meet Luna, my intuitive cattle dog mix, who occasionally joins sessions to offer calm companionship and therapeutic support.
