Using an integrative approach, I tailor sessions to your unique needs, exploring how your past shapes your present. Together, we’ll foster growth, create meaningful change, and unlock your potential for a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I completed my Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision, specializing in Trauma and Crisis. I hold certifications in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and have completed training in Internal Family Systems (IFS).
