My name is Blessing Chiedozie Promise, a graduate of Walden University, MN with specialty in Psychiatry. I am a Nigerian and know the importance of cultural diversity and culturally competent care. I serve ages 6 and above with Anxiety, Depression, substance use, personality disorders, ADHD, panic disorder, psychosis, Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia among others.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is identifying the areas of concern, collaborate with the client and family with the clients consent, identify interventions appropriate for the client that are evidenced based, and refer to appropriate level of care, if the client requires immediate intervention during crisis.

I want my clients to be assured that their concerns will be listened to, they will be involved in their care and decision making, and that the plan of care will be timely and consistent.
