My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is patient-centered, holistic, and evidence-based. I believe in building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, empathy, and respect. I take time to listen to my patients’ experiences, understand their unique needs, and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that address not just symptoms, but root causes. I integrate psychopharmacology with psychotherapy, lifestyle modifications, and support systems to promote long-term wellness. Culturally competent care and shared decision-making are central to my practice. Ultimately, my goal is to empower patients to take an active role in their mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and empowered. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can openly express themselves. Together, we work on understanding the root causes of their symptoms, developing practical coping strategies, and building long-term emotional resilience. Clients will gain insight into their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions, while also receiving evidence-based tools tailored to their goals. They can expect compassionate care, consistent follow-up, and a collaborative approach that puts their well-being at the center of every decision.
