A bit about my approach to therapy

I am specialized in treating mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions. My professional experience includes acute psychiatric care, crisis intervention, and outpatient services. I am guided by a holistic, patient-centered approach that focuses on the root cause of symptoms.
