I have been a practicing therapist for over fourteen years after completing my undergraduate degree at the University of California, Santa Barbara and then my Masters in Social Work at San Diego State University. I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to support individuals with establishing emotional health and navigating the challenges of life.

Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I support clients in navigating emotional and relational challenges with empathy and understanding. By focusing on fostering secure emotional bonds, I empower individuals and couples to explore and heal their deepest emotional wounds.
