Great to meet you!

I believe each human has worth, potential and honor the opportunity to earn their trust and help them heal and grow. Each patient brings their own unique stories and experiences. My goal is to help them see their values and strength. I am passionate, caring, understanding, non-judgmental, patient, calm, and enthusiastic, and empathic and enjoy and value my clients .In 2024 I was selected as one of the top doctors in the Honolulu magazine. I am culturally diverse- born Hawaiian, raised American.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am strength-based, warm, and creative. I let my client tell me their stories, their strengths, their fears and goals and help them attain goals they value. I help them understand their, thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors and use them as tools for growth.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients leave our sessions feeling safe and understood and wanting to learn more about themselves. Their desire to be understood and want to heard grows and keeps them wanting to feel happy and good about themselves. Clients become empowered with the new skills they learn to utilize in our therapy sessions.
