Great to meet you!

I am Blythe, Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of Busy Bee, LPC. I am a native of Shreveport, Louisiana and have resided in Dallas, TX since 2009. I received my Masters of Education from the University of North Texas at Dallas in 2015 in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have worked with an array of clientele as well including: geriatrics, children, teens, and adults.

My approach to therapy

My passion is helping others, and especially working with women and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and people of color). I strive to provide a safe and open space for my clients to explore their inner thoughts, feelings, and traumas. I offer a non-judgmental atmosphere, with a person-centered approach, meaning your sessions will be client-led and based on your specific needs at that time.

What you can expect from me

Many of my clients deal with issues stemming from childhood trauma, I work to help my clients explore and reconnect with their inner child in order to foster healing from the past and present.
