I believe we all deserve to feel peace within, along with calm and control in our lives. I understand what it feels like to feel lost, alone and that no one understands and it is an honor to work with you and to walk alongside you in this therapeutic journey.

I specialize in grief, anxiety and depression and while most associate grief with loss of life, I believe it's loss, period: Loss of love, of dreams, of hope, of excitement...which can lead to anxiety and depression. My therapy approach depends on who is sitting in front of me, but it is always from a place of kindness and compassion.

My goal for every client I sit with, is to identify the underlying issue of what is troubling you, together. I strive to have a very private, calming and comfortable environment. My hope is to create small, manageable and attainable goals with every client, and working side by side with you so you will feel encouraged and supported.
