Great to meet you!

Finding a therapist that understands you is a beautiful thing; and critical to making progress. My hope is that every patient I work with feels genuinely cared for and seen. I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership where we both work together to help you be the best version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

People often come to therapy with a lot of hurts or misconceptions about what happens in this sacred place. My first priority is to help you feel safe enough to share, and hopeful enough to begin small steps towards change. We spend some time understanding your story and giving a voice to your narrative. Together we decide what you want your story to look like and we work together to write the next chapter.

I have experience in mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, postpartum depression, parenting challenges, and neurodivergence-specializing in females on the spectrum including diagnosis and testing.

What you can expect from me

Our work together will is planned in our sessions, and practiced in between. I use small goals to build momentum, practical homework applications and introspective work between sessions.
