Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Bobbi. I offer therapy that’s warm, conversational, and rooted in genuine connection. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by pressure, navigating the transition into adulthood as a college student, or facing the complexities of care-giving, grief, or change—I’m here to support you. My clients often say they feel comfortable and understood from the very first session. You don’t have to go through this alone.

My approach to therapy

With over two decades of clinical experience, I work with people facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. My areas of specialty include trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions such as divorce, family crises, or career changes. I have a particular interest in supporting caregivers—especially those caring for loved ones with Alzheimer’s—as well as individuals navigating trauma recovery. My approach is compassionate, interactive, and grounded in practical strategies. I draw from modalities such as CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care—but more than anything, I tailor therapy to what works best for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for you to share what brought you to therapy, in whatever way feels most natural. You don’t need to have everything figured out—that’s what we’re here for. I’ll ask a few questions to better understand your needs, and together we’ll begin to create a path forward that feels supportive and manageable. My priority is to ensure you feel heard, respected, and safe from the start.
