Great to meet you!

I’m a compassionate therapist here to listen, support, and walk alongside you through life’s challenges. Are you feeling stuck? It would be my honor to join you on your journey so that together we can overcome obstacles, develop healthier patterns, and help you become the person you desire to be.

Entering a new season of life or facing a complex challenge can feel overwhelming. The good news is that you do not have to walk this path alone. I believe you are stronger than you realize, and that there is greatness, resilience, and potential within you.

I’m here to help you navigate the unfamiliar terrain of life’s transitions with courage, compassion, and care. Whatever chapter lies ahead, we can face it together.

There is hope and a future for you, no matter who you are or where you are in life. Everything blooms again. Your dreams, goals, and brighter days are still within reach.

Life is an adventure. Like buried gold waiting to be uncovered, there are valuable strengths and gifts within you. Together, we can refine and develop those qualities so that you may walk in greater health, wellness, confidence, and purpose.

You are worth the investment. You are worth the effort. And you are worthy of a life filled with hope, healing, and growth.

My approach to therapy

I look forward to serving you by creating a strategic and therapeutic approach to address your needs, concerns, and goals. Collaboration leads to celebration. We can work together to identify the root of your concern or stress. With your input, I will customize a tailor-made therapy experience to fit your personality, comfort level, and needs. Your sessions with me will include evidence-based, effective therapy modalities that are best suited for you.

I’m a highly trained therapist with over 12 years of clinical experience in the mental health field across a broad range of settings, including hospitals, universities, and private practice.

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, interpersonal therapy, psychodynamic therapy, strength-based therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and body and breath work. If you would like a Biblical approach to be included in your experience, I would be happy to add prayer, scripture, and Christ-centered principles into our sessions.

If there is trauma in your past that presents itself in therapy, you can rest assured that I am trained to navigate sensitive situations or painful memories. Healing is possible.

I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), which is a specialized therapy used to help reprocess and release distressing or traumatic events.

What you can expect from me

You can rest assured that I genuinely care about you, your well-being, and your success. I look forward to listening to your concerns and supporting you with compassion, understanding, and encouragement. As your therapist, I will walk alongside you as a guide, mentor, coach, and cheerleader throughout your journey.

There is nothing you can share that will shock me. Therapy is a safe, confidential space where you can speak openly and honestly without fear of judgment. What is shared in therapy remains private, and you will be treated with the utmost respect, discretion, and professional care. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you move toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
