Great to meet you!

If you’re looking to explore deeper emotional patterns in your life and relationships, I offer a warm, thoughtful, and relational approach to therapy. My work is rooted in connection and authenticity, creating a space where you can feel understood, supported, and able to engage at your own pace. Clients often find this allows for meaningful insight and lasting change.

I’ve worked in the mental health field since 2005, specializing in relationships, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. I also have specialized training in DBT (including mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness), as well as experience working with phobias, families and adoption, domestic violence, and trauma.

I offer a warm, relaxed, and relational approach where connection and authenticity support the healing process, and I am deeply committed to helping you move toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

At the heart of it all, my work is emotionally and relationally focused. I pay close attention to how you experience your feelings, how you connect with others, and the patterns that show up in your relationships. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening underneath the surface, and create new ways of relating—to yourself and to the people in your life.

What you can expect from me

I specialize in helping people create healthier, more fulfilling relationships and in supporting healing from trauma. This often includes learning how to trust safe peopls, set and maintain healthy boundaries, and deepen self-respect and self-understanding.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, addiction and truama, with a focus on self-empowerment, rebuilding emotional strength and building a more compassionate relationship with oneself and others.

My additional training and experience include addiction treatment, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—including mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness—as well as support for anxiety and phobias, family systems, adoption-related experiences, domestic violence, and trauma recovery.
