Great to meet you!
As a nine-year Air Force veteran, I learned that breakthroughs often happen just when things feel impossible—when you're exhausted, discouraged, and tempted to give up. That experience continues to shape my work as a therapist. Whether you're struggling with chronic illness, overwhelming stress, childhood trauma, relationship challenges, or another life obstacle, you don't have to face it alone.
My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you can heal, grow, and build the life you want. Every person's journey is unique, and I believe therapy should reflect your individual experiences, strengths, and goals. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) through a feminist and humanistic lens, we'll work together to develop practical skills, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia State University in 2017 and my Master of Social Work with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health from Simmons University in 2020, graduating summa cum laude. Over the past five years, I have provided psychotherapy in a variety of settings, including outpatient therapy, mobile crisis services, crisis stabilization, and private practice. In 2025, I became certified as an EMDR therapist, expanding my ability to help clients process trauma and move toward healing.
Together, we'll create a personalized treatment plan designed to help you overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve your goals. Reaching out for support takes courage, and taking that first step is often the hardest part. If you're ready to begin, I invite you to contact me to see whether we're a good fit.
