Great to meet you!

My name is Bobby Figueroa, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia with five years of experience in the mental health and addiction field.

I believe therapy works best when it is a partnership. You are the expert on your life—your experiences, challenges, strengths, and goals. My role is to serve as a guide, helping you better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may be holding you back, and develop the tools needed to become the person you desire to be.

My approach focuses on helping you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and how those patterns influence your relationships, decisions, and everyday life. Together, we will identify what is working, explore areas where you would like to see change, and develop practical strategies that support your personal growth.

I strive to create a space where you can be yourself, speak openly, and work through challenges without judgment. Therapy is not about me telling you who you should be or what you should do. It is about us working together to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and make meaningful changes that align with the life you want to live.

Therapy is teamwork. You bring your experiences and goals, I bring guidance and support, and together we work toward the change you want to see. I'm ready to meet you where you are and help you take the next step toward where you want to be.

My approach to therapy

One of the greatest strengths I bring to therapy is adaptability. I understand that no two clients are the same, and I do not believe therapy should feel like a one-size-fits-all experience. Each person comes into the room with their own personality, experiences, culture, strengths, challenges, and goals. My responsibility is to meet you where you are and adapt my approach to provide the type of support that works best for you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about you and learning what brings you to therapy. Getting background is essential and the foundation of for the counseling process and will help us to move forward to the healing process.
