My approach to therapy
I provide a warm, non-judgmental, and empathetic space where clients can explore their experiences safely. Operating from a person-centered framework, I believe that clients hold the capacity for growth and healing within themselves. My role is to facilitate self-actualization through active listening, unconditional positive regard, and empathy, allowing the client to lead the direction of therapy. I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust and safety. I take a holistic approach to help clients understand their past, manage their present, and build a fulfilling future.
