Great to meet you!

My name is Bolor Purvee, and I’m a Mongolian-American Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I support individuals, couples, and families—especially those navigating the joys and challenges of raising young children. I specialize in immigration and cultural adjustment, anxiety, depression, grief, identity, life transitions, and relationship concerns.

As someone who understands the complexities of bicultural and bilingual experiences, I offer a warm, culturally responsive space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Together, we’ll work toward healing, growth, and resilience at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

You may wonder, “Why is this happening to me?” or “Why do I feel this way?” You don’t have to figure it out alone. Through psychoeducation and trauma-informed care, I’ll help you understand your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe, supportive space. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and take meaningful steps toward healing.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, but you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself and share at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore what you’re going through, build on your strengths, and find meaningful steps toward healing. My trauma-informed and evidence-based approach supports people facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful.
