A bit about my approach to therapy

I see myself as a holistic therapist and believe that the mind, body, and spirit come together to create a healthy and well-rounded person. I focus on CBT, DBT, ACT, and Solution Focused therapy. I think clients nowadays are looking for practical tools to make positive changes. On top of that, I also incorporate shadow and inner child work into my sessions.
