Great to meet you!

Bonnie Chase, LCMHC

With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I provide a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and valued

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative process. My goal is to meet each person where they are, listen to their unique experiences, and work together toward greater understanding, healing, and meaningful change. Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck or overwhelmed, therapy can offer a safe place to explore what you are experiencing and discover new ways forward.

Throughout my career, I have supported individuals through a wide range of personal challenges and transitions. I bring experience, empathy, and a genuine respect for each client's individual journey.

You don't have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. Taking the first step can be an important part of creating positive change, and I would be honored to support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we may talk about:

  • What brought you to therapy and what you would like support with.
  • What you have been experiencing emotionally, mentally, or in your relationships.
  • Important aspects of your personal, family, and life history.
  • Your current strengths, supports, and challenges.
  • Your goals and what you hope to gain from therapy.
  • How we will work together and what you can expect from future sessions.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions about therapy, my approach, confidentiality, or anything else that is important to you.

You do not need to have the right words or have everything figured out before your first appointment. Simply come as you are. We will take the time to understand what you need and work together at a pace that feels comfortable.

The first session is not about having all the answers. It is about beginning a conversation and creating a foundation for the work ahead.
