Hi! I am an LPC and NCC and received my graduate degree from Monmouth University. For the past 15 years I have assisted individuals with working through difficulties that arise in their lives. Whether it be depression, anxiety, psychotic disorders, interpersonal relationships or other disturbances, we will work together in order to provide relief, understanding and change to your situation.
My professional experience spans across many areas of mental health for adults. I work with individuals to pull on strengths and abilities to help manage and overcome the obstacles currently affecting you. Through a compassionate and empathetic approach and utilizing different modalities, I look forward to assisting you on your journey through life.
