Great to meet you!

I am Bonnie Fenoff, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have worked with individuals and couples for over 12 years, both online and in person. My experience comes from direct mental health and behavioral counseling for youth and adults with a variety of presenting issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse/addiction, trauma and abuse (EMDR therapy) relationship issues and every day life struggles. I strive to treat the therapeutic relationship, and you with compassion, respect, and warmth.

It takes allot of strength and willpower to work towards a more fulfilling and happier life. If you are ready to take this step, I am here to support and empower you.

My approach to therapy

My Therapy style and approach draws influence from, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). My top priority is to meet you where you are and set up the treatment and approach for what will work best for us as we work together to meet your goals. Whether you are working toward insight and enlightenment or symptom relief and improved function, my hope is that we can collaboratively work together to achieve it!

What you can expect from me

I am warm and friendly, however when needed I will challenge your thought process to help you look at things from different perspectives. During our first session we will set up treatment goals, each week we will work toward achieving these goals with coping skills and techniques need. AS we go, we will analyze how things are going and make changes to treatment goals as needed.
