Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who works exclusively with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, and difficulties with emotion regulation. I earned my master's degree in Professional Counseling and have experience working with a wide range of mental health concerns in outpatient settings.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence based. I integrate EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment based, and psychodynamic approaches to meet each client's unique needs. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel understood while also gaining practical tools and insight that lead to meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I believe that lasting change comes from understanding the patterns that keep you stuck while also learning new ways to respond to life's challenges. I tailor treatment to your individual needs, integrating evidence based approaches such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment based, and psychodynamic therapy. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can gain insight, build effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We'll discuss your current concerns, relevant background, and what you hope to achieve. There is no pressure to share everything at once or have all the answers.

I'll ask questions to gain a better understanding of your experiences, current stressors, strengths, and goals. We'll also talk about how I work, answer any questions you have, and begin developing a plan that feels tailored to your needs.

By the end of the session, my goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and have a clearer sense of where we're headed. Whether that's gaining insight, learning a practical coping skill, or simply feeling relieved to have a place to talk, we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
