Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Bonnie and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. I've been working in the field of mental health for over ten years now and have worked with a variety of complex issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance use disorders, personality disorders, relationship issues, and family dysfunction.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach when treating clients, because each client is unique and requires something a little different to meet their goals. The modalities I use most are CBT, DBT, Post-Induction therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and REBT.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal as a clinician is to guide individuals with a variety of modalities and techniques down the path of gaining the necessary insight and skills to navigate life and it's obstacles.
