Bonnie LaBar

Bonnie LaBar is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, (LMHC). She is licensed in NY State. She has a Master of Science degree in Mental Health from LIU Hudson. She earned her Bachelors Degree at Ramapo College of New Jersey.

In addition she has experience working in an outpatient Mental Health Clinics and private practice in Rockland County, NY.

Bonnie has treated anxiety, depression, crisis situations, individual and family concerns, several conditions, trauma, low self-esteem and life's daily stressors. She has experience with various age groups. Bonnie is here to meet you where you are at, to listen with empathy, in a warm, safe environment, with compassion, and care. Bonnie has a soft spoken tone and gentle voice. Since we are unique individuals and treatment is geared towards the individual and their needs, Bonnie uses an eclectic approach to treatment. Bonnie’s most utilized treatment modality is CBT. She is here to reduce the symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma and other symptoms, to assist on your journey to wellness and accomplish your goals.
