Are you having difficulty with anxiety or emotional regulation? Perhaps you have a disability that impacts your ability to get everything done. Do you experience severe anxiety in social situations?

I specialize in supporting clients with neurodivergent living, social anxiety, and midlife transitions. My education includes two master's degrees, one in educational counseling and another in spiritual psychology. I am currently enrolled in a doctorate program in integral psychology.

I believe counseling is more than sharing feelings, it is a collaborative exploration and solution-finding that empowers the client to learn how to manage life stressors. I utilize a psychodynamic approach coupled with cognitive behavioral therapy to assist with identifying and resolving past triggers while changing current patterns and helping you reach your goals.

You can expect our sessions to be goal-oriented with plenty of space for processing emotions. We will work together to facilitate positive change in your life and relationships. Clients can expect to make slow and steady progress towards their counseling goals.
