Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am Bonnie Marks, Psy.D., a licensed clinical psychologist who practices in Connecticut and New York. My diverse experience of 24 years, equips me to address a wide spectrum of psychological issues, including depression, anxiety, adjustment to health and life changes, and disability. My career includes working with adults grappling with neurological conditions including brain injury and dementia.

Over the past decade, I have focused my expertise in

neuropsychological assessment and cognitive coaching, specifically compensatory strategies created to enhance cognitive functioning. Additionally, I am passionate on working with individuals to make lifestyle changes: exercise, sleep, diet, and wellness.

My approach to therapy

I practice a holistic approach to therapy, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), wellness and spirituality, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.

What you can expect from me
