I am an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive mental health care. I have extensive training and expertise in assessing, diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions. I work with clients to together develop unique therapeutic strategies for mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar, insomnia, trauma and ADHD management.

I prioritize building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship with each client and am committed to helping achieve mental health goals through evidenced based interventions and personalized treatment plans. I am proficient in interdisciplinary collaboration and telehealth services to maintain high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. I value open communication, collaboration and empowering clients to take an active role in their mental health journey.
