Great to meet you!

My career began 33 years ago in the medical field, rooted in caring for my own family members while navigating a complex health care system. For the past 18 years, I have worked in Home Health Care, supporting caregivers as they face the challenges of caring for chronically or terminally ill loved ones. My work focuses on long-term planning, practical guidance, and empowering caregivers to reach their maximum potential while honoring their own well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is centered on empowering clients to seek the changes they need to lead peaceful, productive lives. I lead with compassion, understanding, and empathy, creating a supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and capable of growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming and attentive space where I actively listen to their reasons for seeking counseling. We will explore what has been happening in their lives over the past year and the experiences that led them to decide that counseling was the right path for them.
