My approach to therapy

Bonnie approaches therapy using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI) as the main methods to help produce positive outcomes. In the past, Bonnie has been an elementary and middle school teacher, has lived and worked at an international boarding school and co-parenting high school girls, served as a Resident Director at a small Christian college and has served as the Assistant Program Director at a Christian Camp for children between the ages of 7-18. Bonnie can assist individuals and families with depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, parenting issues, ADHD, self-harm, suicidal ideation, grief, substance use, and adjustment disorders. Bonnie strives to work with families and individuals in a collaborative way so they can achieve their goals.
