Great to meet you!

If anxiety has been calling the shots in your life — keeping you from doing things you love, making you second-guess yourself, or trapping you in a cycle of "what ifs" — you've come to the right place.

I'm an anxiety specialist, and I've dedicated my practice to helping people just like you take their life back from anxiety, phobias, OCD, and intrusive thoughts. I know how exhausting it is to feel like your own mind is working against you. The good news? It doesn't have to stay that way. You are not your anxiety, and with the right tools, you don't have to let it make your decisions anymore.

I genuinely love this work. There's nothing more rewarding than watching someone realize they have more power over their anxiety than they ever thought possible — and I'd love the chance to help you experience that too.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy should actually work — not just help you cope, but help you change. That's why I draw from Gold Standard, evidence-based techniques that have been proven effective for anxiety, panic, phobias, OCD, and intrusive thoughts.

But I also know that no two people experience anxiety the same way. So while I bring structure and expertise to our work, I'll always take the time to understand your story, your triggers, and your goals. Together, we'll build a plan that's tailored to you — one that gives you real, lasting tools rather than temporary relief.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I want you to leave each session feeling like you gained something concrete you can actually use.

What you can expect from me

Think of our first session as a conversation, not an interrogation. There's no pressure to have everything figured out or to dive into anything before you're ready.

We'll spend our time getting to know each other. I'll ask about what's been going on for you, what anxiety looks like in your day-to-day life, and what you're hoping to feel or do differently. From there, we'll start to map out some goals together — so you leave that first session with a sense of direction and, most importantly, a sense of hope.

I want you to walk out of our first meeting feeling heard, understood, and like you're already one step closer to the life you want to be living.

I'd love to connect and tell you more about how this works. Reach out — I'm here.
