Bonny Frescura

My name is Bonny Frescura and I'm a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 12+ years of experience. My areas of expertise are working primarily with women, children, and couples experiencing Anxiety, Trauma, and Relationship Issues, as well as behavioral challenges for adolescents and children such as Attention Deficit & Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD-ADD).

My approach focuses on Motivational intervieing and CBT to address behavioral and individual issues - and -Emotional & Solution Focused Therapy to work with couples and families.

I primarily work with women, children, and couples. My goal is to make clients feel comfortable and at ease to be able to open up and work on their issues with confidence that they are being guided by a compassionate and trustworthy professional.
