Great to meet you!

I am a therapist licensed in Georgia (LPC) and Florida (LMHC) while pursing licensure to be a licensed psychologist as part of my PsyD (Doctor of Psychology). I have worked in mental health since 2003 in hospitals and outpatient clinics. My specialty has been focused with veterans population and LGBTQ+ community. Also, address issues that includes depression, anxiety, trauma, and issues related to sexual identity and orientation.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My counseling approach is providing supportive and understanding. Firmly believe that for change to occur there must be respect, compassion, and dignity to meet individuals where the client is. I attempt to remove stigma and labels associated with mental health. Main therapeutic approach is behavioral-cognitive and solution-focused but open to adapting and modifying with other therapies. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
