Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist here to help you navigate what you’re going through with warmth, honesty, and practical tools. I work with children, teens, and adults facing anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship stress, low self-esteem, life transitions, and athletic or performance pressures. Together, we’ll look at what’s working, what isn’t, and gently build new ways of coping so you can feel more grounded, confident, and connected in your day-to-day life.

My approach to therapy

I know every person and family is different, so I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I tailor our work to your needs, using approaches like CBT, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and systems-based therapy. Sessions are collaborative and down-to-earth we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships while building skills you can actually use between sessions. My goal is for you to feel safe, understood, and supported as we create meaningful, lasting change that fits the life you want.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll simply start with you! What brought you here, what your life looks like right now, and what you’re hoping will feel different. We’ll talk through your history, strengths, and goals at a pace that feels comfortable, and we’ll co-create a plan that fits your unique situation. My hope is that you leave that first meeting feeling heard, less alone, and more hopeful about the path ahead. If this resonates, I’d be honored to work with you.
