Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adolescents, adults, and older adults in New Jersey through virtual care. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, ADHD, OCD, trauma-related symptoms, and other mental health concerns. Many people seek care when symptoms begin affecting relationships, work, school, daily functioning, or overall quality of life. My focus is on careful diagnosis, clear communication, and individualized treatment that supports meaningful and lasting improvement.

My approach to therapy

My approach is thorough, thoughtful, and collaborative. I take time to understand your story, symptoms, personal history, and life circumstances rather than relying on a brief checklist of symptoms. Careful assessment and accurate diagnosis are the foundation of effective treatment. I use evidence-based practices to guide treatment recommendations while recognizing that each person’s goals, preferences, lifestyle, and needs are unique. Together, we develop a personalized treatment plan that is clinically sound and tailored to you. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to provide guidance, education, and expert recommendations so we can make informed decisions together.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will take time to discuss your concerns, symptoms, personal history, and treatment goals in detail. My goal is to gain a comprehensive understanding of your experience so that any diagnosis and treatment recommendations are thoughtful and accurate. You can expect a respectful, supportive environment where you feel heard and never rushed. We will review treatment options together and begin developing a plan that aligns with your goals, preferences, and clinical needs. By the end of the session, you will have clarity on next steps and what ongoing care will look like.
