I’m a licensed professional counselor in the state of Arkansas, with 15 years of experience working with different populations and in diverse settings, such as college, school based, outpatient, day treatment, inpatient/ residential treatment and private practice. I have a long history working with children, adolescents and adults in a large range of mental health issues, and extensive training in anxiety and Trauma related disorders. I’m certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

My approach to counseling is both adaptive and collaborative. I utilize a variety of interventions and techniques suitable for each client, while using the expertise and partnership from both myself and the client to achieve these goals.
