Great to meet you!

I’m someone who believes that therapy and psychiatric care should feel like a real conversation, not a clinical interrogation. You should know that I’m a big advocate for transparency—I’ll be honest with you about our progress, and I encourage you to do the same with me. I value the work as much as the outcome, and I’m deeply committed to being a steady, non-judgmental presence in your life. I’m not here to just check boxes; I’m here to listen, challenge you when needed, and celebrate your wins alongside you.

My approach to therapy

Think of my care as a custom-built toolkit. Being an integrative provider means I don’t stay boxed into just one way of thinking. I draw from various therapeutic and medical perspectives to create a plan that actually makes sense for your daily life. We might look at how stress shows up in your body, or how your habits influence your mood. It’s a collaborative process where we figure out what works for you, rather than trying to fit you into a rigid clinical mold.

What you can expect from me

The first session is where we start building our working relationship. Finding the right mental health provider is a lot like any other important relationship—it has to feel right. In our time together, I prioritize understanding the why behind your goals rather than just treating symptoms. Because I value a holistic and thorough approach, I am not the right fit for those seeking a brief, 15-minute medication check. I’m here for the people ready to explore their unique needs and use all of the available tools to handle whatever life throws their way.
