Great to meet you!

I'm not your typical therapist.

I'm real. I bring 100% of myself into my work. I am actively present and transparent in session. My goal is to give you a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can genuinely explore who you are, feel validated, and find the healing or growth you are looking for. Professionally, my approach is most successful with people who are navigating depression and mood disorders, trauma, suicidality, relationship difficulties, or heavy stress management.

My approach to therapy

I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Instead, I blend tools from CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to build a strategy tailored entirely to your unique life. You can expect complete honesty from me. I skip the clinical mystery and will always be direct about the why behind the specific techniques we are using. This is a true partnership, and your feedback guides our work together.

What you can expect from me

Think of me almost like your personal cheerleader - relentlessly standing by your side. In our first few sessions, we will start collaborating on an individualized treatment plan that actually fits your personal goals and concerns, and we will constantly make adjustments as we figure out what works best for you.

Simply put, if you put in the needed vulnerability, trust, and engagement in your therapeutic journey, you will absolutely be transformed.

I'm ready to invest in you ... Are you ready to invest in yourself?
