Great to meet you!

Service has been a constant in my life. I have served in the United States Marine Corps, worked in law enforcement, taught in the classroom, and now serve as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Each chapter shaped how I understand stress, trauma, responsibility, and personal transformation.

My work is grounded in both lived experience and clinical training. I know what it means to operate under pressure. I understand how trauma embeds itself in the body and how identity can fracture under prolonged stress. I also know that change is possible when insight is paired with disciplined, intentional work.

Clients often describe me as direct, steady, and grounded. I don’t believe in surface-level coping alone. I believe in helping you understand your patterns, regulate your nervous system, and build internal strength that carries beyond the therapy room.

Whether you are navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, or a major life transition, our work together is focused on clarity, resilience, and sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

I take a direct, grounded, and holistic approach to therapy. My focus isn’t just on managing symptoms—it’s on helping you understand and transform the deeper patterns driving them.

I work with how stress and trauma live in both the mind and the body. Together, we build awareness, regulate the nervous system, and develop the internal stability needed for real, lasting change.

I also specialize in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy using what I call the Phoenix Model. During these sessions, clients are guided through structured contemplations rather than passive music, allowing insights to land more deeply and create meaningful shifts at the root level.

Whether we’re working in traditional sessions or more intensive formats, the goal is the same: clarity, resilience, and sustainable transformation, not surface-level coping.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is focused on understanding where you are, what you’ve been carrying, and what you want to change.

I’ll ask direct but thoughtful questions to get a clear picture of your patterns, stressors, and goals. You won’t be rushed, but we also won’t stay on the surface. Most clients leave the first session with a sense of clarity about what’s actually going on beneath the symptoms.

You can expect a grounded, non-judgmental space where you don’t have to perform or have everything figured out. My role is to help you see things clearly, not to tell you who to be.

If it feels like a good fit, we’ll map out a direction for our work together, whether that’s ongoing therapy, deeper pattern work, or exploring options like ketamine-assisted sessions.
