I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and Connecticut. I have been in the mental health field for over 20 years. I have worked in direct care, case management, private practice, and health care administration.

I am a cognitive behavioral therapist at heart and provide support for anxiety, stress, depression, anger management, work related issues, men's issues, family issues, women's issues, grief/bereavement, PTSD.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy can be intimidating. Every client's expectation of therapy is different, and I enjoy meeting clients on their level. I tend to be humorous, calm, but driven, in supporting clients on their mission to improve their lives.

I am person centered; I am here to support a client at their own pace. I have a calm, supportive, approach but am driven to ensure each client is receiving the best care possible.
