Great to meet you!

Licensed Professional Counselor • Licensed Addiction Counselor • Clinical Supervisor • EMDR-Trained • Board Certified Telemental Health Provider • Nationally Certified Counselor • Certified Life Coach • Natural Medicine Facilitator in Training

Something brought you here. Maybe it's the anxiety that won't quiet down, the depression that won't go away, your reliance on substances holding you back, or the weight of traumatic experiences you've been carrying longer than you can remember. Or maybe it's something else entirely.

I'm Bradley — a master's level, dually-licensed mental health and addiction counselor who knows what it means to be human and how to navigate the challenges of our full human experience. I spent over three decades in business, technology, consulting, teaching, training, and military service before devoting my life to service.

Since 2015, I've worked as a mindfulness, meditation, and contemplative wisdom teacher, a somatic practice guide and natural medicine facilitator, a researcher, writer, and now as a therapist. Today, I help my adult clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and the deeper questions that often lie beneath them. I also support people through major life transitions, grief and loss, existential inquiry, identity exploration, career alignment, family dysfunction, relationship dynamics, and more — combining evidence-based practice, modern neuroscience, applied psychophysiology, and contemplative reflection into a holistic approach that focuses on the root causes and conditions that cause suffering in our lives.

I know what it is to stand on one side of the doorway and I know what it is to stand on the other side of that very same doorway — and now I help others cross the threshold for themselves... If I can help you cross that threshold, if you're ready, then I'm here.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me isn't a 'one-size-fits-all' approach. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches — including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and body-centered practices, mindfulness, and trauma-focused modalities (including EMDR and TF-CBT) — and I integrate them with contemplative reflection and an understanding of how the nervous system holds and releases what the mind alone cannot resolve. What this means in practice: we don't just talk about your problems. We work with them — at the level of thought, mind, body, feeling, emotion, and meaning — because lasting change requires more than insight alone. I work collaboratively and at your pace. I bring directness, humor, warmth, and a deep respect for your capacity to heal. And I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself — the quality of presence and trust between us — is one of the most powerful instruments of change available.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a conversation, not an intake form. I want to understand what brought you here — not just the presenting concern, but the fuller context of your life, your history, and what you're hoping for. I'll listen carefully. I'll ask questions that go beneath the surface. And I'll begin to get a sense of how I can best support you while also giving you a sense of who I am, how I show up, and how I can help. My goal for that first meeting is simple: that you leave feeling genuinely heard — perhaps for the first time in a long time — with a clearer sense of whether working together feels right. There's no pressure. No performance required. Just an honest conversation about where you are and where you want to go. Healing isn't a destination, it's a process that takes time, courage, and compassion. My job is to create and hold a supportive, non-judgmental space for that process to unfold — and I'm ready to meet you in that space if you're ready to meet me there.
