Great to meet you!

I have spent over 30 years in mental health as a therapist, clinical supervisor, and clinical director working with individuals and couples.

My specializations include Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, couples with high conflict or trust issues, addictions, and using breath work and meditation as part of treatment.

Please feel free to set up a free 10-15 minute consultation!

My approach to therapy

I typically use and Emotional Focused Therapy framework in working with couples where we identify challenges in connection and management of conflict. For individuals I use a solutions-focused approach, exploring potential self defeating patterns while accessing strengths and resources.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a trusting, open environment of playful but focused curiosity where the client comes to know themselves more deeply and clarify their vision for the future.
