Great to meet you!

I have been practicing since 2019. I graduated with my Master's in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in 2019. I am currently completing my Ph.D. in Counselor Education & Supervision at the University of South Caroline. I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety and depression, grief, and those in the LGBTQIA community.

My approach to therapy

I believe in meeting the clients where they are. I tend to approach therapy using a holistic approach that looks at the whole person, not just their reason for coming to therapy.

What you can expect from me

I like to provide you with the tools to add to your toolbox. I typically ask clients to complete weekly homework such as self-care tasks, thought logs, and mindfulness activities.
