Great to meet you!

As a board certified psychotherapist, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I have 13 years of experience in the mental health field but more recently have focused on work with adult clients who have unresolved childhood trauma. I also enjoy helping clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, stress and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

Your can expect our first session to be focused on getting to know each other including your expectations for therapy. I will focus on listening and asking questions so that we can build rapport and begin walking together on your journey to a better you.
