A bit about my approach to therapy

I have 14+ years experience working with individuals to help regain a sense of control in their lives. I am a consultant and certified EMDR Therapist that specializes in trauma, anxiety, and authenticity treatment, utilizing EMDR, ACT, Heartmath, CPT, and DBT. I strive to create a safe, authentic, and vulnerable space for those looking to take back control.
